E.D.G.E. is the Philosophy of Fitness.

The Fitness Philosophy of E.D.G.E. reflects the fusion of modern exercise science, motivational philosophy, and training psychology.  To fully treat an individual, to serve them so they can fulfill their true potential, requires a multifaceted and holistic approach.  The tried and true methods of E.D.G.E. primarily deals with the superficial problems of “being out of shape”, etc.,  while also investigating and resolving any possible underlying inhibitory factors of life.  Work, family, friends, commuting (this is Los Angeles afterall)… anything that requires time and attention, and especially those factors that are a cause for stress, need to be dealt with in order to solidify a healthy lifestyle and conducive schedule of exercise.
