Impact Power Training is a unique hybrid kickboxing class that combines practical and advanced striking techniques – derived from Tae Kwon Do and Hapkido – with plyometric exercises for an ultimate, explosive workout. Impact Power Training, contrary from traditional kickboxing classes, utilizes the fundamentals of Interval Training – high intensity, followed by rest – to enable students to continuously produce peak power, round after round. In this fashion, students can develop more effective martial arts techniques – with the power they need! – all the while building/toning muscle, and optimally burning body fat; tried and true results of the high-intensity/rest Interval Training method.
